Succession Planning
Various training classes for succession talents according to the different core position of the company as well as the career development path plan for the talents. We choose excellent mentors from current staff and aim to speed up the growth of talents by participating in training, taking charge of projects and increasing responsibilities.
Management Trainee
We recruit excellent graduate students as management trainees and provide training and workshop projects in different job functions - production, sales and operations management. The induction training for management trainees includes corporate culture, on-hand job experience, rotating internship so that they can have comprehensive understanding of the company and give full play to their abilities.
Corporate Workers Academy
For blue-collar workers in the company, we carry out skill enhancement courses to ensure that the skills and techniques of employees can stay up to date while expanding their knowledge to improve the overall quality of the team.
Career Planning for Staff
By talent evaluation, we help to build employee's career development platform, assist employees to break through the Career bottleneck by providing employees more internal development opportunities.
Staff Activity
Upholding the corporate culture of "fulfilling ourselves in fulfilling others, benefiting ourselves in benefiting others; putting people first with joy in the heart", High Fashion has established an employee activity centre. The Group conducts a wide variety of staff cultural and artistic activities every year and has launched six employee clubs to enrich employees' spare time.
High Fashion Online Learning Platform
A platform for enterprise knowledge storage and sharing. It is convenient for employees to learn online external and internal courses anywhere at any time. They can also upload their own work and learning experience. By utilising this shared platform, learning no longer has boundaries.
